Anyhow... its funny just yesterday I was being told I needed to quit the store and focus on my physical training to go in front of the officer board for the army... then low and behold I walk in to work today and lose my job. Things have a funny way of working out.

Call Bartlett and ask if they have any jobs at any of the outages. 1-800-225-0385 choose the recruiting option. Have your resume ready to email to them and be-able to pass a drug screen and a 5 year background check. Check the wish list out on there website to find out where the plants are and when they start the outage. Start date is just that outage start date but your staff date you get from the recruiter. Sorry to hear that Alex. Check with temp agencies, too. A lot of places will start with temp agencies to allow for fluctatution in business, so there is usually something available at market rate. I've seen some forklift jobs in factories for $10-12/hr.

Bummer man!!! ORA would be cool (wear the suit and tie/cut hair look for interview), but I bet the outages pay better. Army would get you closer to the geology stuff though, but I would hate the being controlled. Ugh!

no no luck yet, applied at a few restuarants in hixson, serving is always great money... all the big chain restaurants want me to go through a trainign class and stuff though... so no money for at least 2weeks
