Tank has been running since 4/13 and this is my first attempt at a reef aquarium. Had some gains and losses along the way but have been on a good stretch and getting better.

In the last month I picked up a Harlequin to help with my astrina stars. I also starting using Red Sea energy a+b which seemed to help bring more colors out.

Thanks for the comments! Still going good but always in different directions. I'm still looking for the spot where everything is equally happy. The first 2 years Zoas did great sps stayed in limbo... Last year or so I've been struggling to keep Zoas on a good stretch but sps gets better and better. Still constantly learning and enjoying the show.

I'm Joe b on NJRC... My thread needs a update but you've seen it we bumped into each other in Reefabout a few months back... That was the last time I was there. Summer is busy with work and family and I have a slight phobia about beach towns in the summer. If he were open at sunrise this time of year I'd see him more I have a few pieces from Alex in there and got some mental notes on others I know he's got.

I know what you mean. I been to his shop twice so far. One time (the time we bumped into each other) was to 'kill time' but ended up getting the rainbow nem (great deal). The second time was cause I was searching for an engineer goby and I heard he had some. My luck he sold his last one right before I walked in lol. I do plan on going there more but need to put the breaks on and just let me tank be right now.
