A while back I got in touch with Joe and placed a decent sized order. Communication was excellent and packaging was even better! One of the many Zoas that were ordered did not make the shipment. Joe without hesatation said that he would take care of me. Time has gone by and I was ready for another order. I got in touch with Joe again and he took care of me :). I would HIGHLY reccomend Joe to anyone!
