Hello everyone!
After being on R2R for over a year I am finally putting my mixed reef tank on. I am a little nervous. I will start with the the current FTS:

Man that is a beautiful Zoa garden you have going there. Its great to see most people reach 10 polyps and start fragging lol. My tank is somewhat like yours although I do frag I buy certain corals for my frag tank just to frag but when I buy something for my display thats where it stays lol

Thanks for the nice comments bkoppes, jordan3548 and Dave. Dave I have frags waiting for you, they are almost colonies

I figured I would show progression shots of my Tubs Blue:

sweet tank bro. love the doser set up.

Thanks w0r1d5m1n3. I am thinking about replacing the two 2 gallon rubbmaids with two 5.5 gallon tanks, with one divided for part A and B and the other for top off using another dosing pump. I saw a similar setup on reef central.

Killer tank! Love the fullness and not all frags or tiny colonies. Almost can't see the rocks anymore. All zoas and zoas are my fav.

Thank you BlazinNano. Zoa are defiantly my favorite as well. A problem with fully covered rocks is that you run out of room for other corals :squigglemouth: it is a good problem to have. It has taught me to frag to make room.

Unknown SPS Growth

This was my first SPS addition to the tank. If anyone knows what it is, I would love to know.

It looks really good. I have the same tank. Are you still using the glass top? Even without the glass top on mine the temp get's up to 84 in the summer.

I am not using my glass top. I am using black plastic bird netting from LOWES with a brown window screen frame. I have not had temp problems, I keep the home Air Conditioning at 73 degrees in the summer. I would say my average temperature in the summer is 78 degrees.

holy cow joe that's looking great! hard to believe most of those polyps you bought just a couple of here and there floating around in the tanks. but looks like you're having all sorts of success with the sps. going to have to get some shots of all the ORA you got from us!!
