Joeknowsreefs....order mix-up gone Great!

I read all the great reviews for Joeknowsreefs so I wanted to give him a try. On July 22nd I placed an order for 2 frags, an ORA Pink Birdsnest and ORA Blue Voodoo. I received the customary thanks for your order which stated that if I ordered a "cut to order" frag it would be 1-2 weeks to have it ready to ship. I waited and never received a shipping notification. I checked the site and noticed all of the "for sale" corals were empty. You couldn't buy anything from his site except shipping boxes. I e-mailed Joe and inquired about my order and the lack of product on his site. He informed me that he was having a 24 hour live sale so all the product was slated for that. He also stated that he would be shipping my order shortly.

Well, after the sale I received a refund from Joe along with an e-mail explaining due to the mayhem and myriad of orders he must have shipped the 2 that I ordered to someone else. He also stated that he would take care of the issue by sending a complimentary box of coral.

Today, I received that box of coral and this guy turned a bad situation into hitting the lottery! He sent 4 frags. As I pulled each of the bags out of the shipping box I was elated to find that they kept getting better and better as I pulled them out. ORA Micronesian Mauve, ORA Bellina, Jason Fox Champagne and a Tyree Pink Dragon Tail.

Thanks Joe! You have made a customer for life out of me. For anyone out there who still has questions about Joe, take my advice and order from him you will not be disappointed nor let down.

I gotta say that is darned impressive... Things can sure get crazy in this biz and companies are usually a 1-2 employee operation, so its pretty cool he handled it that way!

You guys aren't kidding. Joe goes above and beyond for his customers and friends. The last two pieces I got from him (and I've bought plenty) look absolutely amazing and they were only $30 each. You can't beat that.

Joe is simply the best. We've got a lot of great vendors here, some I've bought from, some I haven't...yet. But I can honestly say Joe is easily one of the best transactions I've ever had, ever, not just in terms of coral.

Joe went above and beyond for me so I figured I would do the same. I'll post some pics later when the lights are on.
