John Guest Fittings and ozone?

Does anyone who uses ozone use the John Guest push fittings? I made up a nice adaptor for my skimmer with a couple John Guest fittings and was curious if they will hold up with ozone.

I know RHF has a chart that shows a c rating for polypropylene, but for the amount of ozone being used which is probably minimal I’m curious if there will be any concern with the fitting breaking down.

They are made of polypropylene and will not hold up to ozone long term.

Why do they use 1/4” tubing for the line. My skimmer is 3/8 to the Venturi. Guess since I have it made up I will use until it gets destroyed and then have to figure out how to T in the ozone and my line outside which grabs fresh air.

Here’s the John Guest fitting I made, but I ended up finding a black T at my local hardware store which may be better. The black fitting is PolyEthylene as opposed to the John Guest fitting which is polypropylene
