Post it in the fish forum... all you're going to get here are people posting welcome gifs.

But anyway. That's probably a very red neon dottyback. Usually they are orange. They will either be the sweetest fish ever or complete jerks.

This is a Pseudochromis aldabraensis, the common names are: orange, neon or Arabian dottyback.
Wild caught one take a king ransom to buy, but plenty of captive bred ones from various breeders. A lot of the dottybacks are great community fish in larger tanks. This one tends to be docile unless other fish invade in it's small territory.

I think the pic is just super over saturated. I also agree neon dotty.
