Jon's Double UP!!! 240g, 360g

i haven't really introduced myself here yet, but i've been visiting more and more lately. nice little site you've got here. today i upgraded from my 180g mixed reef to what you see below.
first the 180g

240g is gonna be a reef, the 360g is gonna be a fish only. they are gonna share a 200g sump.

this is a copy of another sites post, so probably won't know any of the screen names, but they are great people, great reefers, and great friends.

well, today was the day for the tank moves. still need to make some slabs so the tanks will sit level. i must begin the post with a HUGE thanks. many people spent their entire day assisting in this move, and i truly can not say thank you enough.

How is the Idol doing?

the idol is doing great, in captivity for 11 months now and as fat as can be. i feed him 5 times a day, spectrum pellets, mixed flakes, nori, sponge, and mysis. i'm praying that he is not just another statistic, doing great at 12-14 months, then mysteriously dropping dead. i'll keep you all posted on the progress.

yeah, it's gonna be awesome! the final lift is tomorrow to put both tanks on the slab. i will have them plumbed and running by saturday. stay tuned for more pics!

haven't updated this thread in a while. pretty much everything is up and running now. had a bad case of velvet that pretty much wiped out every fish i had. hope it's ok to link to another site to view it.
