hmm, I do not know, but I do like how it doesnt move around. I placed it on a rock right out in the front and it has stayed there ever since.

So, I've been using the ATI essentials for a week now.
The stability is amazing!
Alk, cal, mag all have not changed and I have tested every day for a week. I will start to expand my testing unless I introduce more coral.

How do you like the 1k gyre on this tank? Pros/cons?

Ahh I forgot to update! I removed the 1k gyre. It was way to powerful for the nuvo 20. I got a mp10 and it is a lot more mellow. I figured out a pulsing and it works wonderfully.

Im really liking that setup. Would like to add a nem for my clown but afraid that the other inhabitants will swim in it.

I want to but if the nem kill the chromis I had for a few year my wife will gut me.

i believe the fish will stay out of the nems.

I'd like to, maybe I'll start with a small one in a flower pot

Where do you have the icecap gyre in the tank? I've been looking to get one on my nuvo 20 but have been wondering if it'll fit where I want it, which is up top.

How do you like your nanobox for the 20 gallon?

It was to strong on the lowest setting. Ended up selling it and got a mp10
