Jourdy's 90 Gallon Mixed Reef

Can't wait for more. :D

I nominate this tank for Tank of the Century!! Its the most incredible collection of colors I've ever seen in a single tank. And everything is so beautifully healthy! WOW

Any updates?

Can I get any advice on settings or Radion Lights?

Hi Jourdy:

I am also using Radion XR30W, but I always can not keep Acans, just for short of period, the Acans are start to dying. the tissue come off with unknow reasons.

I thought that was I didn't set the light correctly.

Any advice?

Awesome tank and corals! I would also like to see what your sump/filtration consists of. Also what do you feed? Do you use any amino acid products or carbon dose?

Is this DIY?

Update!!!!!

Hi, sorry for the very late reply.

I am currently very busy since I am moving to a new home. Tank has been very busy as well, as I am segregating which corals to keep and which to let go. I have a new tank on its way and I am soon making my new rockscape.

I am still deciding which fishes to keep and which to let go. While I love all my fish, I am tempted to try other varieties.

Some unanswered questions:
1. I am using a Sony A7 camera with Zeiss 55mm prime lens.
2. The only things you will see in my sump is a biopellet reactor and a ReefOctopus XP2000 skimmer. I hope I remember to take a picture of my sump and post it here - it is really ugly though so keep your expectations at a minimum haha. That's part of the reason why I am excited for the new tank build.
3. I do not have any experience with dying acans.. if the skin is peeling off maybe your alkalinity is out of place?
4. I am currently not dosing anything, but I have been given an AquaVitro FUEL by some friends which I dose when I remember to (about once every 3 weeks?). I am usually not home, especially at the moment wherein I am very busy - which is why I haven't had the time to gaze at my tank for a long time.

Here is a shot of my frag tank.
It holds the zoas I will be moving to the new tank.

You will notice that the bambam zoas in the center bottom are much brighter than the other bambams. These were placed in the main tank (before moving them here) while the others have been staying in the frag tank.
