Hmm your message got me thinking..How are you pulling off those sps colors with the radions! I just can't pull it off..
Are Radions notorious for not being able to color up SPS? My Radions are the oldest model, 2011.
I noticed that I cannot retain *some* colors for whatever reason. My phosphates are undetectable yet I cannot retain the color of the pink birdsnest.
Also noticed that red staghorns are turning a bit green.
I am actually considering getting an ATI Powermodule soon.

Well I think from the pics your colors are fantastic! I feel like yours are the color that I see in T5 and MH tanks. I have gen 1's upgraded to gen 3's. Some of my sps look decent some not so great. My Blue sps not so great.. I have a Oregon Blue Tort that doesn't have that deep blue that you see. Its got a lot of green highlights in it.. I was also thinking about the ATI myself. But not sure if I can hang it where the tank is at. Might be to heavy because I dont have a beam to hang it from..
Is the main structure, a Acroporock Aquaroche 9720?Since I sold my huge rockscape a couple of weeks ago, I decided to replace it with ceramic rocks. Im experiencing diatom bloom because of it, but should be gone in a week or so.
Starting again with small frags and will wait for them to fill out every inch of this ceramic rock.
I pressed a few frags a bit too hard, resulting in some really stressed out frags. This is really tiring! And time seems to move so much faster when you're fixing your coral placement LOL.
Tank right now is a big mess. Just attaching whatever on any space I see. Hahaha.
Some close ups of the frags I've put. Will update once the zoas have multiplied and covered the rocks.
So that's what I've been doing lately with my tank.
I am missing the old rockscape and encrusted corals, but that one quickly maxed out on space. Everything grew too quickly and I get bored when there's not much to tinker/expect anymore.

Got 2 new frags
These 2 have changed a bit of color after 2 weeks. Picture taken last week:

Yes it is an Acroporock, but I do not know which model
I honestly don't know. My previous rocks (before changing to this acroporock) never had this green algae bloom. And it's taking sooo long for it to be gone. I thought it would have been gone in a few weeks but so far it has been 3 weeks haha.

Just got my first ever Macro lens! Never thought it would be so difficult to get the focus right due to the very shallow focal depth. Anyway, my first ever pictures from my first ever macro lens:

@rboutin111, I was previously using portrait lens 55mm. Now using 90mm Macro
@klp, Thanks! This is the same tank. This time however, the zoas are not multiplying as fast (ever since I changed the rocks to ceramic (?)) and some zoas don't look quite as nice. Which is why in my next tank, around December - July, I will have a separate tank for SPS and zoas.
@Tahoe61, Yes! Macro photography is tiresome but fun in my 1 day experience with it so far! Haha! Thank you.

I think that would help a lot with my new lens because focusing takes a longgggg time. The fishes in my tank always disturb the water surface whenever I try to take topdown photos.

That's what they make anchors for like the butterfly ones don't use that as an excuse not to switch over. I gave up on having only LED's a long time ago I think a combo of T5's/MH or MH/led's are the way to go look at the ATI hybrid or Reefbrite hybrid or any MH hybrid.Well I think from the pics your colors are fantastic!
