Maybe an "artsy' type theme that plays with light and color. You know, like back-lit with sun flare or dark and moody. Or filters playing with color. My wife likes shooting these type of photos whereas I am more straightforward. But I would be interested to see what the community came up with.

Congrats to all! Though it’s seems odd that this poll happened to get nearly triple to quadruple the votes of the last five polls (except March) making it seem like campaigning might be occurring outside the thread (which I thought wasn’t allowed but I don’t see that rule posted). This is just a statement and not a sore loser statement. I’m just glad people think my pic is good enough to qualify for the voting thread.

I think there was an email flyer inviting participation in this month's contest. I don't remember seeing one in past months. Maybe that was the difference?
