Our annual club picnic will be at the same location as last year = 2650 Crestview rd Gibsonia Pa 15044 from 3 pm - till ? We are going to be short on tables and chairs as the are no longer enough in the basement of Elmer's . So if your coming and can bring a folder table and a few lawn chairs- that would be great. We are looking into getting smoked brisket, smoked pork, and fried chicken as entree's this year. If you have any questions please pm me.

I have 6 6ft dirty tables (sitting outside since we used them last year). I also have the two tents that I brought last year. I have no way to get them to location, but available for pick up and return in Carnegie.

Any news on food, tents, Mr. President?

Ah, same. I have 2 tents, the same ones we used last year. We are getting 2 briskets and pork butt that Justin is going to smoke for us. Then we are getting fried chicken, probably from Giant Eagle Cranberry because I know the owner is a customer of mine. As always the club will also provide the non-alcoholic drinks and everyone should bring a side and their own booze.

We just got a few boxes of older reef equipment donated to the club and a very nice 8 bank tek t5 light. I will be sorting and checking stuff to make sure it works. Hopefully the smaller items such as heaters ( some brand new), pumps, filters, etc with be part of the meeting auction at the picnic on the 28th. The light will be sold locally on websites or maybe a big ticket item, either way profits will go to the club.

Looks like I will be getting the chairs and a few tables from Elmer's tomorrow for the picnic - If anybody can help load them into my truck or into their own truck/trailer (Paging Kyle)- that would be appreciated. Meet at Elmer's or at my place- which ever is easiest for you - I have help at home to unload. PM/post here or post/message me on the 3RMAS facebook page.

Ok I got 30 chairs from Elmers ( all they had) , can anybody help setup tables and chairs Saturday? I would suggest bringing your own chairs as many of the Elmers chairs are rusty.
