Jumped. CPR?

My goby jumped into the middle compartment of my biocube. (There's a plastic shelf there that water runs over) She was still wet when I found her. Any possibility fish cpr will work? I'm holding her in front of the flow. How long does it take if it's going to work? The clownfish kept nipping at her when I was holding her in my hand, so now she is in a net in front of the flow.
