So I came home from work today and I looked in my tank and didn't see my female clown. Then I looked behind the tank and there she was on the ground. I had her in the tank with only one other clown and I have no idea what to do about getting another fish. Let me know what the best way to introduce a new clown into my tank please.

RIP Dolores

If you just lost the female than the male is still a male. I would however just get a clown smaller than the male, the clown you purchase should not be in a tank by it's self. A lone clown will turn into a female in a matter of months.

It's really disappointing when you lose a fish from jumping, it has happened to me.

All fish have the potential to jump.

RIP Dolores. :-(

I am sorry to hear that we just had the same thing happen, it was our female, it was only her and the male in the tank I can't think of what could have spooked her :frown:..I am super sad she was a really pretty fish
