Bah. My tapatalk app shows stickies on a separate tab and I missed the post saying where the meeting was. We ended up being at church anyway, my daughter had a recital at the 11 am service.
 
Is it possible, in the future, could we plan meetings more than 2 weeks in advance so plans can be made before we have other obligations? Not complaining, just a thought to allow more to plan accordingly.

Sometimes it is just not possible. But 2 weeks notice is plenty IMO.

Well this time we had to scramble to find a place as the original host had to back out. This weekend was thus hosts only option which us why it couldn't be next weekend as originally scheduled. That would have been three weeks. Sorry for the troubles. We hope to his e the next one scheduled earlier
