After many months of fighting to keep my head above water, I must give the hobby i love so much.

I want to first say what a pleasure it has been meeting and talking with all of you. This hopefully will only be temporary.

If money allows, i will still maintain a FOWLR tank, and gradually step back into reefing.

Unfortunately today's economy, especially in Detroit, has finally caught up with me, and I can no longer afford to maintain my reef.

I have no intentions of disappearing completely, but may be MIA for a short while, to get the finances under control.

I should be receiving my replacement camera from the insurance company tomorrow, and if it arrives, i will spend the weekend organizing my coral collection, and get updated pics of all of it.

I will be posting all of my corals in the coming week or two.

I really wish things could be different, but it is what it is. Keeping a roof over the family's head is obviously a higher priority.

Talk with you all soon, and ill be back soon or later, one way or another...

Junior

Sorry to hear that. I hope it all works out for you...

I will however, still be up to photograph any reef tanks I can. So be on the lookout for some pics shortly down the road...

Still hope to head down to WWC sooner or later and see what i'll be missing.

dang bro, that sucks! Hate to see a good reefer like you leave! When you get back in make SURE you hit me up for some frags to get you started again!

you should try and keep a small tank. I keep a 10 gallon and it costs me nothing at all minus the initial start up and coral and stuff. Just an idea. Either way good luck to you hopefully things turn around soon

Sorry to hear about that Junior. Keep your head up and things will turn around for you.

dang shame but you have your priorities right. Family comes first. Good luck and best wishes.

I am tied to the auto industry and it is pretty scary right now.

Also sorry to hear that Junior. Keep in mind that as one door closes in our life another will open up. Looking forward to when you get backing into reefing.

Never had the honor of meeting you . Everything i hear about you is nothing but good. You will be greatly missed. You have a amazing talent behind the camera and I hope you still do what you love. Family always comes before reefing. I wish you the best of luck and hope to hear things get better

really sorry to hear, junior. i hope everything starts looking up for you. i will keep you in my thoughts...

Sorry to here that bro. Hope things get better for you but I know how it is. Hope to see you back soon

Sorry to hear that. Good luck and we all will be here to help yo restock when the time comes-- or at least i hope so. Good luck.

You know how I feel about it..... :(
