Just a great end to the day.

I added a valentini puffer to my reef about a month ago and the little bugger not once had ever partook in feeding time. Not pellets, frozen, flake, fresh nothing ! He was always picking at the rocks like hes hungry and seeing as he's a puffer I was starting to worry that he may get hungry and start tasting some sps, Saturday was gonna be the day. I was going to pull him out and trade him in, and what does the little bugger do ? He's freaking first in line for feeding tonight when I got home from work. Snatched at least 10 medium sized pellets and was still looking for more, hooray !!!! Threw in some flake and he was chasing it around the snatching it up with the other fish. Soo relieved.

That is AWESOME! I remember that triumphant feeling from when my Leopard Wrasse took pellets and flakes!

Unless he was getting slim he may have been eating leftovers at night. Getting a new fish is akin to an alien abduction for them, may take awhile for 'em to get their bearings
