I recently placed an order from Reefs2Go out of Clearwater, FL and found they have good prices and shipping deals for the southeast. If you order zoas and palys (which they consider class 3 shipping required) of at least $50 or more shipping is free. Also, all livestock Orders over $149 ship free.

My Reef to Yours has the lowest livestock order requirement (that I have found) of $125 to ship free. Their prices are also very good.

I am not affiliated with either of these businesses, I just wanted to share the info.

If anyone else knows any online businesses with low prices and high quality please post!

I have mixed feelings about reefs2go. I had a bad order (search here) with some DOAs and others that did not last long. They did re-ship the order for free, but only after I had posted about my experience on another forum. They had the post removed for me. The re-shipment had another DOA, but it arrived earlier than agreed and while I was away on a trip and my mother-in-law did not take any photographs of the dead fish, so I did not pursue another replacement. Other things from the reshipment did not last long, however, I could not say with certainty that this was not somehow my fault. I may or may not take a chance on ordering from them again. Their southeast shipping fees are attractive. The lesson I have learned is that the lack of negative reviews about a vendor in a sponsored forum does not equate to positive feedback (and the corollary -- posting about a negative experience in a vendor's sponsored forum can be very motivating.) YMMV.

Other members here recommended liveaquaria.com, and I just received an order from them this week. They are running a deal where you can "Build your own reef cleaner package" and get free shipping (FedEx Priority Overnight) for an order over $60 from the selection of snails, crabs, shrimp and starfish they have available for the kit. Everything arrived alive and was quite active. Interestingly, their snapping shrimp (pistol shrimp) are $7 on that deal and $14.99 outside of the deal plus you'd have to pay shipping. The only downside is you can't add other items to the order without paying full shipping on them, so even though there was room in the cooler (which came with a heat pack) I couldn't add any fish or corals.

I have had two good quick crew orders from reefcleaners.org. There have always been extra snails thrown in, especially of the dwarf ceriths. The order I received today had one hermit crab mixed in with the Florida ceriths (in a Florida cerith shell).

+1 on the mixed feelings about reefs2go. I have order fish from them once.. 4 out of the 5 fish were DOA. I reordered it (had to pay shipping again) and once again 2 out of the 4 were DOA. By the time I ordered the third time, i was paying more in shipping than if I would have paid for the fish if i went to a LFS.

so to get all my fish, I had to pay 75 extra dollars in shipping.. I know I am never ordering from them again.

On another note, I have also had very good experience buying from reefcleaners.org. i would do business with them any day of the week!

I always order my fish from Jason and Tammy. Great quality , size and price. Plus they usually have a good selection already in stock.
