For some reason I was thinking about having an extra DI filter next to m RODI water storage container and having the water in the storage container cycle through the DI filter so its always pure. my question is even though im getting 0TDS out and into the storage container would it hurt to set one up like that just in case?

With my limited knowledge I would say it is not necessary. Once it is 0 tds, if you just have it in a storage container I don't see how it would dissolve any solids. I have had RO/DI water sitting in my storage container for weeks and stays 0 tds.

It wouldn't hurt but I do not see the point. If you have 0 TDS entering the container, and if the container is contaminant proof, you will always have 0 TDS. Cycling the water through the DI filter is just a wasted step IMO.

I have an air tight ato container. 0 TDS going in and at the end of filling. However by the last gallon or so in the ato I get a reading of 0.01 TDS

A .01 TDS reading will not hurt anything. Could be a faulty reading, the container releasing chemicals, or something.
