Just another what is this....

Its translucent about 11cm (3/9") across and it has some thing at its core. It looks like an egg of some sort but I have no idea from what. All I have for fish is clown fish. Sorry about the picture quality but its at a bad angle and that is about the best I can do. The frag base you see is standard frag size.

My first thought would be a solitary tunicate similar to the ones below:

I just spotted it yesterday so I don't know if it is growing. It has not moved yet.

could be a tunicate as @ISpeakForTheSeas mentioned.

Looks a little like a bubble algae sphere. What color is it?
