Just bought a used Trident

I received my Trident today and have a few questions for you owners out there. I bought it used. Do i do Initial setup or Calibration? It did not come with a 1link cable but i do have an aquabus cable, do i need the power supply like it says in the video? I did plug in the aquabus to my apex and get readings from the previous owner.

Both. Go to your tasks and press INITIAL SETUP, do the step by step. When done, use calibration fluid and follow steps for calibration. You can use numbers on bottle or your own from Hanna tests. After calibration - You are ready for testing
