I just bought a used Apex gold that was working just fine. I wanted to reset it and connect to fusion. I followed the restart guide on the neptune website and everything went fine. I then went to look for the 'Apex fusion Link'. I didn't see that and so downloaded the newest firmware. Got that onto the apex system and checked to make sure it was loaded. Still no Apex Fusion Link so that I can get the token. I can go in through my IP address so I know the internet is working...just can't get the Token to connect my phone and such. Any ideas or links to where it explains how to fix this issue? Thank you in advance!

Could you get into Apex Fusion before you did the reset?

If so, it should have gave you an new token # on the digital display and you have to start a new session in Apex Fusion with that new token #.

FWIW:
I do not reset or take an Apex update unless I have too.

Here's an support link if needed.

I was able to log in through the IP address. I still cannot get it through apex fusion. @GoVols

OK so you can go to the IP address which is your local network. Do you have a poert forwarding rule setup on your router ? Some routers do not support plug and play so you need to create a route from the internet on port 80 to the ip address of your apex on port 80.

@vhuang168 This is from the IP Address dashboard that I can see. I believe this is the setup from the previous owner. Again, I can only go through the IP and not fusion. I will try the suggestion from @315wall and see what I can get

Upper left says Apex Fusion Ok.

Means the Apex is still linked to a Fusion account. Either have him remove it from his Fusion Accoint or you will need to initialize the Apex. This will wipe the Apex, including any programming and the link to Fusion.

How do I initialize it? @vhuang168

On the Apex Display I think it's System->Init Memory->Init All but I'm not currently home to double check that
@Huff747 FYI, that worked to reset the system and I was able to get the token.
