Hey, just bought some new SPS from LFS. Was listed as "Fiji SPS Colonies".

Picked these out because they looked good, and had good polyp extension in store, etc. And liked the colors.

This is right after a Coral RX dip treatment, and then adding to DT, so not fully extended, etc.

Hopefully the pics are good enough for ID, still struggling to get good shots of coral in tank ;)

(I suspect at least one of them is an Acro, but not sure)

Any help greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Green Stag, Slimmer
Samoensis or Humilis
Valida
My best guess.

Awesome Thanks!

Actually didn't realize they were all acros. But yup, looks like you nailed it.

Specifically looks like Green Slimer Stag (which is on the same base as another small colony, looks to be the same species but in more of a purple/blue, you can see one of the branches in the background right behind the green slimer, but it's out of focus)

The second one definitely looks like Humilis to me, comparing the photos between humilis and samoensis I can find.

Last one definitely looks like tricolor valida. Assuming it's a Fiji Tricolor since these were all listed as "Fiji SPS" at the LFS. Curious, why do they call it a tricolor? Appears to just be purple/green to me :)

Are there any specific named colorforms or anything like that I should be aware of?
