Just collected off the beach - help with ID

Hi guys,
Just been to the beach looking for some ulva which I didn't find but came back with these... Could you please help me identify? Do I want these in my tank ???

First is a Caulerpa sp. and the second possibly a Padina sp.

Thanks... Not to keen on caulerpa species as I have read when they go sexual they can cause problems.. I'll possibly keep the Padina though

Caulerpa brownii I think it is after doing some more research.... I'll probably leave this one out my aquarium system.
Ill put the Padina in, not much info online but seems like it doesn't go sexual...
