Just finished treating parasites. DIDNT WORK....

First I treated with prazipo last week. I then just finished up dosing with General Cure yesterday. Did my 25% water change as the instructions said, now 2 of my fish are flicking sand with their heads and the royal gramma has white poop. I have no idea what to do now. They’re still eating, no clamped fins. Just white poop, and flashing. Should I dose general cure again? Or Prazipro? Or both? Is it safe to so soon after a treatment? Should I try new meds?

I just did a search and it said not to dose like the package says. Can someone link me to that thread please?
1. can I start dosing today, even though I just finished up the last regimen last night?
2. Do I do water changes between doses?
3. Should I sterilize my aquarium equipment? (Turkey baster, food bowl, siphon etc.)
