looked on you tube one person mentioned vermitid snails, haven’t seen anything but i don’t know what i’m looking forJust saw some spyder web looking stuff on my rock at the back of the tank ??
how do i identify and what do i doVermetid snail?
Tank is only about a week old, nothing but live rock purchased from Florida, 2 clown fish, had water tested today at lfs said everything was goodNot sure where vermetid snails came from.....maybe a sponge of some type? Tell us a little about your tank. How old is it? What are your parameters like? What kind of setup do you have?
I think it could be a sponge of some sort. Especially if it came from live rock. Did you LFS tell you what your parameters were? Not trying to say anything is wrong, just saying a week old tank usually shouldn’t be housing any livestock. How long have the clowns been in there?Tank is only about a week old, nothing but live rock purchased from Florida, 2 clown fish, had water tested today at lfs said everything was good
