Just found this think it's okay

Tank has been up for a few months now and tonight is the first time I've seen anything out of the ordinary. I didn't see it craw onto any corals just the rocks so maybe it's okay?

Yep! Stometella, just had one, don't get rid of it, I did, wished I didn't . Great for your tank

Just think of them as part of your clean up crew. They will multiply but wont do any harm.
