just found this worm looking thing in my filter sock. Any ideas

It looks like a bristle worm but based on the side id say that some form of nudibranch.

Check out http://www.lionfishlair.com/hitchhiker.shtml and compare what you can see vs the pics on the site and see if it mactchs a nudi or a bristle

But My money is on a baby bristle worm... Dont Touch it if your not a masochist.

LOL Im still a newbie myself, going on 9 months now!
Im just recently battling high alk/low nutrients and all my pretty SOS corals are bleaching :'(
I think I have the solution figured out...its just the execution lol
