What is this?

Tons of good info available via search, common hitchhikers. My take: Generally, some smaller BWs can be a good part of your CUC. But, they can get pretty big which is maybe not so good. When I moved my tanks, I discarded the ones that had abandoned rock in a dark tub, but did not make an effort to eradicate them all.

Some wrasses like to snack on them as well.

thats a bristle worm. dont touch it. they sting. but if you dont like the look of it then you can fish it out. other than that its harmless and will clean your sand and what not. just be aware they get bigger. and bigger. and bigger lol
Good to know, thank you.

I know to research, but it startled me and I wanted to make sure if it was a worm and if it was ok. I have had enough issues going on with my tank lately and was stunned to find this. I just wanted to make sure from enough people here. I also have a wrasse, guess he isn't hungry.
