Just got a free tank, what now?

No need for fish in a frag tank, unsure about the skimmer- personally I would run one

Personally, I like running a frag tank with fish. In particular, fish with a "mission" such as algae control (e.g. tang or lawnmower blenny) or pest control (wrasse or damsel) help with maintenance and as an added bonus the fish poop provides nutrients for the coral.

So with the hole on the base of the tank I've decided to use it for what the original owner used it as. Easy water change! I'm going to use a ball hinge to drain water. As far as a crack on the top right, that is just a scratch on the surface.

Frag tank in the making! This is my first stand I've ever made btw! Got some egg crate too, some pvc for the drain. We almost ready!
