Kinda ticked off right now. Why in the world is there no 10.01 calibration solution included in the package? Would it really drive the company bankrupt to include a 10.01 buffer so you can calibrate and use this thing when you buy it? Now I have to wait another week to order 10.01 calibration solution and use the meter, because the reading is definitely off - the water might very well be 7.9 or 8.0 at this time of the day, but 7.63 it's not. Very disappointed, there's just no excuse for it, those things must cost fractions of a penny to make.

I recently went on a ph probe black hole because I want to start eating dkh with a probe. This Hanna probe you bought has a 0.2 % +/- margin of error so after you calibrate it my guess is it is still not worth trusting. Might even still read 7.6 if the ph is 7.8. I would go with the Pinpoint ph probe and return this one if it was me.
