Just got my sump dividers in. I don't have the protein skimmer I eventually plan on getting and am not sure when I will. Any recommendations on spacing I should leave between the panels? I used a caliper to measure the distances in the picture and put that to the percentage of actual length to give me an approximation of how it is in the picture. I want to leave enough room for an appropriate sized skimmer for a 72 bow front. The sump is 29G. The center will of course be for the refugium and the last chamber the return pump. Any input appreciated if anyone has done one of these precut out kits for a regular aquarium. Thank you!

It really depends on the skimmer. Size, shape and configuration. Is it a recirc or a straight through? etc.. Also you need to consider if you wish to put anyother pumps in with it for reactors and such. Hard question to answer.
