Just got this from live aquaria and it doesn’t look good at all looks like the foot is damaged mouth is weird etc. etc. got some pics for you guys what do you think?

This is a green bubble tip anemone

He looks ticked but not gone. I would turn off circulation and get him in the tank asap.

I think all you can do is acclimate, add to the tank, and monitor. I don't think it's too far gone, but not looking great.

The white side is his foot correct that does not look so good but I am acclimating it and he is in the tank right now

It looks mad, not dead. It has its guts out (white side) which is what a mad nem can sometimes do. Red side is his foot and it looks intact.

Right now it is just a very angry nem. I guess it did not enjoy shipping.

Don't let it get into a powerhead.

Well the little guy has made it he moved a little bit but he is healthy it seems
