Ok what would you dose for phosphorous or do you think reef roids will solve that problem?

If you have reef roids on hand try feeding it and test 12 hours or so later. If not order some phosphorus additive and go from there.

Ok just fed reef roids to all of my corals for the first time. I am using the Hanna phosphate checker. Do you think I should get the low range phosphate checker? If the phosphate is not up by tomorrow I will feed more reef roids

Ok but if I get my nitrate and phosphate up things should look better. All of my other parameters look good and stay stable except for nitrate and phosphate.

What do you mean by touched the today? This corals has been in my tank for about a month and has been opening great. I don’t honk I have any cyano or Dino’s in my tank. My parameters are looking good. Here is a pick of what it usually looks like.

Mag 1350
Alk 8.5
Cal 470 nitrate 3.5
Phosphate 0.00
pH 8.0

You wont have an immediate rise in po4. For nems, best foods opposed to roids to feed are mysis shrimp, chopped plankton or krill and wont elevate the po4 as quickly

Ahhh - In that case roids, space out water changes instead of weekly , every 3 weeks and turn off skimmer temporarily.
