First bit of advice: Get a refractometer. Don't rely on swing arms. Look up on YouTube how to calibrate refractometer said as well (very easy). They're cheap on Amazon.

Thanks for the post! I actually do use a refractometer. My swing arm is off by 2 1/2 points. Thanks for the advise!
