I use the gel super glue constantly for coral placement, its fine.

Would the regular super glue work? (not the gel)

The gel is far, far easier to work with— especially if actually working under the water. With the gel you can basically put a ‘glob’ of it on one piece (e.g., one rock), and it will stay a bubble of glue that you can press (or ‘pop’) with a glob from the second piece or rock. If that explanation makes sense. Lol.

While some regular work, I as many prefer gel superglue and worth the few cents more
