Just not sure what cyano this is

So I’ve had this algae for a few months. Tank is 8 months old stocked with snails and one clown. It’s mostly on the top of my substrate with a deep reddish color.

I’ve performed 5 water changes this month sucking it out and manually removing as best I can but it comes back in a day or two.

I’ve dosed two rounds of chemi clean at one scoop per 10g

I also tried a round of Red slime removed at one scoop per 10g

Neither have helped. Suggestions? Or what is it?

Looks like what I’m dealing with as well- I believe it to be very annoying hair algae. Not a good photo, but it’s all I have access to right now. Vibrant and 48h black out doesn’t seem to do much.. I’ve just been scrubbing whenever I do water changes and I plan on doing a 72h blackout soon.

Pics fuzzy but appear to be diatoms with hair algae layer
Pull as much as you can by hand, reduce white light intensity for 5 days and add a bag of chemipure elite
Check your phosphate and nitrate for elevated levels and add the following snails (3 of each):

Turbo
Astrea
Trochus
Cerith
Nassarius

6-7 blue leg hermit crabs
