Just noticed this little thing...

Hey all, I was looking at my newly cycled nano and the blues kicked on and I noticed this little neon green-tipped guy sticking out of a piece of live rock and I don't know what it is. Is it harmful? should I rip it out? It retracts if you try and pester it at all almost like a tube worm. Thanks in advance!

It could be the start of a majano nem (very invasive and a pest)... If so take it out before it starts to propagate on its own. Where did you get the live rock? What else do you have in your tank?
