Looks like a Pineapple sponge, harmless filter feeder. Could be a tunicate if it has a smooth exterior- either way, harmless!

Thanks guys. I noticed some green hair algae as well. But very minimal. Hopefully doesn’t get too big. I’m not a pro. Just a nice learning process for me.

pineapple sponge. Perfectly fine. I find mine grow best in low light to no light like under my rocks
