Just purchased a Vortech MP 10 es

Just received my new Vortech MP10es and I have been playing with it all evening. So far I love it. It is better than I expected.

Congrats I've got an mp10 on my tank as well. They are phenomenal pumps. I run mine on nutrient transport mode with a programmed wave. But occasionally I change it to have some variety.

Yep I programmed a wave, then NTM it runs the wave, followed by a big surge, then a lull.

I used the short pulse mode (blue ring) then you save the wave. Then when you use nutrient transport mode (pink ring) and it uses your saved wave.

How do u save the wave and then apply it...?

NTM uses it automatically. Once you have a wave you like, you save it by holding down the middle button till the ring flashes.

I have it on a JBJ 28 gal. Nano cube on the JBJ stand. It is around 4 foot tall. I had the MP10 in pulse mode to make a wave. It was going well. I walked away from the tank for a few minutes and when I returned the tank and stand was rocking back and forth lol I had to turn down the wave just a bit.

Ecotech MP line is state of the art, I got rid of ALL my hydors. I was so impressed with the my 2 MP 60s and 2 MP 40s and how they communicate. Not to mention how well they stir the tank up.

That is crazy that it was rocking your tank lol. That would make a sweet youtube video, lol

U guys should just DL the full manual ur gona need to refrence it a lot lol.

My old mp10 used to rock my 40 tall tank back and forth on wave mode tank was 36Lx22Hx12W lol
