30 gallon display
20 gallon display refugium
10 gallon sump

I’m believer of having a deep sandbed and plenty of live rock

I have quite a heavy bio load in the display:
2 maroon clowns
2 peppermint shrimp
1 tiger pistol shrimp
1 blue spot goby
1 yellow tail damsel
4 green chromis
1 sleeper banded goby
1 hectors goby
1 rainsford goby
2 mandarin dragonets(red and green)
1 sand sifting starfish
5 RBTA

A hand full of crabs and snails, had a lettuce Nudibranch but it found a power head.

In the display refugium, there is a another tiger pistol/goby pair and a sargassum angler. I have a bunch of macro algae in the display it ranges from mermaids fans to shaving brushes, there is also handful of dragons breath.

Lastly in the sump I’m using a protein skimmer (rated for a 150 gallon) which is run at night(trial run). And plant light shining on a large ball of chaeto, in the “refugium” section of the sump. A block of marine pure ( I’m probably going to get some more) and return pump rated for 660gph dialed down to 350gph.

I think a variety of foods. Pieces of shrimp, squid, fish and variety is key. Check out the forum nutrition. I think you will find it helpful
