Those are flatworms. You can either try flatworm exit or get some yellow Coris or sixline wrasse

Looks like acoel flatworms. I had them, but they went away on their own.

If they are white, let them be! If they are dark like they apear to be they need to be dealt with.

Before you start adding chemicals to the tank you might want to get some airline hosing and manually remove what you can first.
