I just find it interesting the variety of colors coralline algea comes in
Curious to know if it is diffrent species or if tank chemistry, light, or flow has a play onto the color it grows in

I would think that light has a lot to do with enhancing natural color; interesting question.

Are the different colors caused by anything (water perameters, light, etc.) or is it a different type of coraline algae?

I think water, light, etc. may enhance the natural coloration which depends mostly on the animal's gene-environment interaction.
