Just started this new tank like 3hrs ago ID please

Started this fluval sea 5gal as a hospital tank with some live rock that I brushed and rinsed in rodi water and some caribsea live sand, is this a baby star fish? Or is it something I need to get out of my tank asap

Asterina starfish, usually reef safe, but some of them eat corals. If you prefer to be safe, don't let it in.
