Also going to start experimenting with converting my HOB filter to a small refugium. Any suggestions for the macroalgae? Want something that I can feed to fish later on down the road

Macro isn't my strong point, but possibly Ulva (Sea Lettuce), Gracilaria (Ogo), or possibly Grape Caulerpa? Some species of Botryocladia (Red Grape Caulerpa) may work as well, but I've heard some may be too slowgrowing to work as an effective refugium.

Okay thanks. I was leaning towards red ogo cause I've been seeing a lot of people mention it.
