Just The Uglies?

Noticed some algae growing in my tank this past 2 weeks and was wondering if it’s just another phase of the uglies? My parameters all seem ideal that’s why I’m not too sure why it’s happening. What can I do to pass this and make sure my tank is and looks as clean as possible. Alk. 9.3. Phosphate. 0.02 Nitrate. 0

How old is your tank. Bottomed out phosphate and nitrate equals big problems.
