Is this a brittle stars? Also. Not sure if anyone can ID THE 2nd photo. Is these tiny bugs that swimming around pretty fast.

Yes, brittle star. The second pic is probably an amphipod, but difficult to tell from that photo.

1st pic looks like banded brittle star. Nice

2nd is hard to tell, but my guess is also amphipod.
