Hello,

I've never been very active on these forums but I find them interesting, so I figured I'd finally join in.
I started keeping saltwater fish tanks back when CompuServer's Fishnet existed and under gravel filters were high tech, almost 30 years ago. Like most long time reefers I've been through my share of tanks, starting with a 30 gallon and finally ending up with a 180 gallon tank after many combination of sizes and number of tanks. I still enjoy staring at my tank looking for places to put more corals.

Anyway, I just wanted to say Hello to all.

Welcome! Glad you joined. Still nothing like those undergravel filtrations for DEEP jawfish habitat... needless to say my diamond goby fills the jawfish sized empty hole in my heart (... and tank since no undergravel filters here (giggle))

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. Like you, I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)

This is a good reference book type online article I still review:
