Already on Chloroquine Phosphate and general cure

Anyone have an idea what disease process I am dealing with now?

How many doses of General cure have you done in the week you've had him?

Just the two doses 48 hours apart with the second one last night.

OK. I've seen this with these guys several times. It's usually a mild infection that can get worse if the base problem isn't addressed. Since you're doing that, you might give him a day or two to kick it on his own. Vitamins, clean water, low stress - You've heard this part before haven't you? lol

If it starts getting worse then antibiotics will be needed. You could start them in the food with focus (safer than mixing it with other meds) instead of waiting, but it's your choice.

I meant that you could start feeding them antibiotics in the food for now (kanaplex + Focus by seachem soaked into a tablespoon of frozen food) and if he doesn't start looking better in a couple days, then you can move him to QT and just treat the water.
